Classic Masonry Ltd is the north of England?s premier stonemasonry company. Founded in 1991 the company has gone from strength to strength with an initial turnover of £150,000 to over £2.3 million currently.
The company prides itself on the high standards it achieves in all aspects of stone masonry with the majority of our work coming as repeat work from satisfied clients and customers.
Classic Masonry specialise in restoration, new build, conservation, façade maintenance and manufacturing. We have our own workshops with award winning banker masons and a highly motivated and skilled installation team.
Classic Masonry were instrumental in delivering a first class stone project at the famous Alnwick Garden for the duchess of Northumberland, including the development of the design and material choice, through to the manufacture and installation of the feature stonework. We also supplied and installed the slate flooring and rain-screen cladding to the Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art on Newcastle?s quayside.
We are constantly assisting Architects in new innovative ways of using stone in new build as well as contributing to the protection of our historic buildings and structures through our conservation and restoration work.
Classic Masonry carries out projects from £1000 to £1.5 million and cover the north of England and Scotland.
Classic Masonry is committed to training. Our apprenticeship programme ensures that our skilled craftsmen can contribute to the future skills resources of the company. We have trained 12 apprentices to full NVQ level 3 and currently have 2 apprentices undergoing training.
